Voluspa Makkasar Ebony & Peach candle $36

We just received a new shipment of Voluspa candles, and much like whenever we get anything in multiples, we will spend a good chunk of the day smelling each candle and pronouncing our favourites.  It’s entertaining.  Especially after about 30 seconds, when you really can’t distinguish between any scent or candle because all you can smell is ALL of them, and then THAT smell ends up being your favourite, but technically you would have to buy ALL the candles and bring them home to re-create it… and you know, most people can’t really do that… so you (dejectedly) pick just one again.

Well, this one ALWAYS ends up being my favourite.   Warm ebony wood, rich mahogany, mirabelle peach and sweet peony… I mean, who knows what the hell ‘ebony wood’ is, but trust me.  When it’s mixed with those other things…. MAGIC.
