I love Who,What,Wear and read it daily. Today in their accessories report they say that chokers are making a comeback!?!?!?!
My first reaction was to panic, roll my eyes as visions of black velvet chokers with some sort of pendant flashed by (circa 1990 something) and completely disagree with the WWW girls…..

I looked at the pictures and kinda liked what I saw???? Am I crazy? Are they crazy? What do you think yay or nay on the choker?
