We are always up to try new stuff here at Lola & Emily, and so we were game to get involved with a new line of Face, Body and Hair (not sure why I capitalized those… but I will stick with it for consistency) products from a new Montreal company called Vitamine & Sea. 

In a nutshell, this company has gone around and found small producers of organic, natural products, whether it’s a facial cream or hair gel, and consolidated them together to produce a pretty comprehensive line of Face, Body and Hair essentials.  With simple packaging, the draw of these products is their dedication to using only the best natural, certified organic ingredients.  As a side note, I personally appreciate the fact that no where on the packaging or in their marketing materials do they claim to be ‘chemical free’… because that in and of itself is an impossibility.  Everything in the world is pretty much made up of ‘chemicals’… so that is just a totally made-up ‘marketing’ ploy, but I digress.

We were given a few products to try out, and I have to say that I am really liking them.  The shampoo and conditioner have been doing great things to my thin, fine hair (sorry to keep rambling on about my hair these days…) and the Perfect Skin Solution, which is like a light oil that you put on before the moisturizer is great for my skin, which tends to be dry.  Like really dry. 

Prices range from $22 for hand cream to $98 for the Perfect Skin Solution (it’s quite a good size bottle, though), but the greatest thing is their decision to do an introductory promo of 40% OFF to get people trying the products.  They know that people tend to be quite loyal to whatever brand they use, so I feel like this offer is a great marketing decision. 

Once you try the line out, my guess is that you will be happy to pay full prices because your hair will be shiny and bouncy and your skin will be glowing and soft.  You can’t ask for much more from your products.  Come check them out at both stores.
